• Energy related research and data analysis for skill India base projects. • Report writing, presentation and documentation. • Identifying and suggesting new energy based courses and workshops, further designing its curriculum and course content development (book writing) for vocational training programmes for Tata institute of social sciences - Mumbai in renewable energy. • Also imparting training for course under the pradhan mantri kaushal vikas yojana, which is a skill development initiative scheme of the government of India for recognition and standardization of skill in solar energy and other TISS courses. • Provide assistance for projects implementation and supporting activities.

POWERING YOUR ROOFTOPS A Concise Report on the Workshop Series On Accelerating India’s Solar Rooftops Programme was prepared. In compliance with the objectives of the Project “Powering your Rooftops”, CII has provided a platform to discuss existing and necessary policy frameworks to accelerate the RTS programme, identify and address key bottlenecks in this space, deliberate on support mechanisms and financing options, and chalk out specific measures to mitigate investor and developer concerns in the state of India with Hero Future Energies Pvt. ltd.

• Project management for Holi-II 7 MW HPP. • Coordinating with consultants, vendor’s, contractors and sub contractors to plan, review and implement activities for the project. • Organize meetings at site and off-site with organizations, contractors, associations for project planning. • Perform reviews of documents such as drawing, drawing calculations, specifications, construction documentation. Support owner with reviewing EPC contractor costs, schedule and policies. • Provide construction support: oversight engineering, licensing, procurement and commissioning. • Single point of contact between site and head office.

• Identifying project sites for pilot project demonstrations for project entitled “Promoting ultra-low-head micro hydropower technology to increase access to renewable energy for productive uses in rural India’’, SAP: 120182 in Uttarakhand region. • Performing the entire co-ordination, management and organizing work of the awareness generation workshops for the project in three phases. • Report Writing, documentation and final closure to the project.

• Planning and management for new projects i.e Hydro power projects. • Project management, documentation and monitoring • Overall supervision of project execution, project review & monitoring, efficient planning and coordination of activities, lead the project team and facilitate their development. • Budgeting and cost management, reviewing projects and commissioning procedures, schedules, methods and project documentation, manpower planning & deployment for sites.
