* Responsible for producing competitive prices through evaluation of instructions, specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and discussions with technical and production departments. * Prepares tender analysis and responsible for submitting tender on time. * Monitors and stores the cost to improve the accuracy of future pricing. * In-charge of design and engineering of Marine electrical system and panels. * Provides technical support and remote assistance for site engineers to trouble shoot electrical faults on controllers like Deif, Symap, Comap, VFD, Soft starter, AVR, speed control units, PLC, AMS etc. * Provide training to site engineers and technicians.

* Commissioning of PLC based main switch boards & all kinds of panels in vessels. * Carried out all kinds of test including high voltage for marine & industrial control panels. * Testing of all kinds of electrical control panels with inspection reports/ test certificates etc. * Attending site complaints and coordinate all site works. * Carried out panel training programs to customers at site/workshop.

* Review of drawings before releasing for production, review of B.O.Q., verification of specifications, SLD, wiring diagrams etc. * Effective planning and scheduling to meet preset production targets and maximize production with minimum work in process inventory levels. * Assign work allocation to technicians. * Supervision of production at various stages * Checking component details and originating purchase requisition. * Performing final internal routine testing for each panel before releasing for dispatch.
