Focusing on Circa’s business, brand and culture, our team developed a range of service solutions that aimed to optimize the Circa experience for greater market share, customer loyalty, and long-term profitability through our research findings and exploration of ideas. Several innovative concepts were developed by few teams, and my concentration was to develop and prototype a technology trend for Circa’s showrooms to gain a better access to experts to consult with in choosing the products best suited to their project, budget, and schedule conveniently.

Collaborated with Quynh Nguyen, User Research Mananger at Citrix, and a small team of Citrix researchers to help improve online brainstorming. Focusing on GoToMeeting and Podio systems, we developed and prototyped new interesting ways of improving connectivity, communication and productivity between teams that use these programs to collaborate online from remote locations. Conducted user-research, competitive market research and created service blueprints and touchpoint maps to highlight insights and opportunities. Developed prototypes and user-tested possible solutions.
