As a PC Tech, I was responsible for Microsoft Network and Desktop Administration for an enterprise network consisting of 1,000+ users. I provided complete Active Directory support of new user/device creation, management of terminated accounts, and administration of current users. In addition to Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Terminal Server management, I performed hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications. I also assisted with Cisco VoIP and wireless AP’s (Access Points) used extensively throughout the Call Centers, tracked all IT requests using a ticket database system called IssueTrak to help monitor non-critical and critical requests, and successfully administered entire LAN network by providing physical LAN connections to make sure that all systems were optimally up and running.

From Jun 2009-Dec 2012, I assisted students, with special needs, exclusively in Computer Science programs at Madison College. I attended each class with the student and assisted with tutoring, labs, assignments, and testing. I had the privilege of attending all of the Computer Science courses offered at Madison College and successfully assisted my clients in graduating with C.S. degrees from Madison College.

As an Employment Consultant, it was my job to manage numerous client cases and lead those teams in providing the best support for our clients. I communicated daily with County Case Workers, supporting Agencies, Parents/Guardians, and Clients to ensure the Individual Service Plan goals were reached.
