My main responsibilities includes mobile support and PC support. I am responsible for configuring iPhones, & Androids with our MDM for corporate E-mail; upgrading users from Blackberrys to iPhone/Android; ensuring all email, contacts, and calendar entries sync to phones via Outlook/Exchange. I also support any related software issues with mobile devices. I am also responsible for supporting/troubleshooting /imaging/ replacing PCs (both desktop and laptops and Lenovo ThinkPad tablets. We support both HP and Dell models. My main goal is to provide exceptional service to all customers and end each case with a smile!

Participated in various hospital wide projects; including (but not limited to) Windows 7 upgrades from the XP operating system on 700+ PC’s, which involved meeting with users to survey their PC and ensure that all their applications were going to be compatible with. Assisted in the data migration process, and ensuring all HDD’s are encrypted with Bit Locker. Handled incoming tickets from the Service Desk using the Service Now ticketing system and provided desk side solutions to a wide range of employees. I Installed, configured, imaged and restored operating systems on both HP and Dell desktops/laptops with the necessary ISO image and kept a track record by asset tagging all new devices and keeping our Asset Management Console updated. Maintained, troubleshoot and replaced PC peripherals; monitors, keyboards, mice, printers and scanners. Trained new IT interns and brought them up to speed quickly by having them shadow me daily.
