• Collaborate with Field Sales team to communicate account nuances, preferences, and feedback, and make recommendations for enhanced service delivery. Travel to clinic accounts to establish stronger relationships, attend conferences, foster impaired relationships and improve and facilitate communications as well as provide an understanding of how Cochlear's Professional Care team can support them. • Build and maintain relationships with regional accounts by providing elite level of service to Cochlear clinics and hospitals. • Effectively manage regional work queue within all channels (fax, email, Salesforce, SMS and phone) by providing responsive and complete service to professional customers. • Provide a proactive level of service by reviewing account ordering trends and making product/order recommendations to professional partners and identify and assess clinic/hospital needs to ensure timely and successful delivery of Cochlear's products.

• Technical skills and understanding in order to assist our recipients with troubleshooting products • Cultivate tailored relationships and educate customers about newer generation hearing technologies, products and services that will improve their quality of life • Guide customers through a concierge-level consultative process over the telephone and facilitate the order placement process • Provide customers access to tools, services, and products designed to optimize their hearing experience
