✔ Coordinate the business development team in order to achieve the sales target, increase portfolio, retain and acquire customers and maximize the profitability of the business; ✔ Manage a team of 17 Account Managers having in portfolio revenues more than 4 mio eur/year and more than 6000 retail customers; ✔ Responsible for the team recruitment, training and coaching; ✔ Foresee new business opportunities and provide expertise in new products development; ✔ P&L accountable; ✔ B2C approach - Full Sales and Customer Service strategy

✔ Conceive and develop the business strategy of the company; ✔ Coordinate and analyze the brokerage activity across the company’s network; ✔ Achieve the business objectives & develop an efficient direct sales network; ✔ Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

✔ Coordinate the training activities in European Affairs domain for public clerks, write the development strategy of the Training Department; ✔ Design new projects according to the Institute's strategy; ✔ Budget and control each project in order to maintain the financial and quality aspects; ✔ Conceive, organize and coordinate the training activities in European Affairs before and after Romania’s adhesion to the European Union.

✔ Coordinate the overall activity of the desk, conduct regularly department meetings, responsible for the sales activity of the shift, train new people for the front desk.
