Chifley South Tower ($700mil) The Chifley South Tower is a 37 storey premium commercial tower in Sydney CBD delivering over 60,000m2 of office and retail space, plus four basement levels and a revitalised podium with world class amenities. The project targets leading sustainability outcomes including 100% renewable energy and Climate Active Carbon Neutral certification and with completion scheduled for 2027. CDC Data Centre Fitout ($300mil) The CDC Data Centres (EC5) was a complex fitout project delivering four levels of data halls and switch rooms, supported by an external generator farm. The works involved high spec MEP fitout within an existing shell, requiring detailed coordination, staged commissioning and strict control of quality and uptime requirements for critical digital infrastructure

Chifley North Tower Enabling Works ($60mil) Involved the delivery of a double height plantroom to house services for the future South Tower development. The scope included structural modifications and complex services coordination within a live CBD environment, with works carefully staged to maintain ongoing building operations. Western Sydney University ($350mil) The Western Sydney University Bankstown City Campus is an 86m, 18 storey vertical tower delivering over 26,000 sqm of cutting edge educational space. Designed to accommodate up to 10,000 students and 1,000 staff, the project was awarded a 6 Star Green Star Design rating representing world leadership in sustainable building practices.
