Led the SOX implementation and the internal/external audit work for China entities. Managed the treasury work including FDI and SAFE registration for cash injection in China from scratch and set up the cross-board cash pool for China entities from scratch. Set up the process of cash forecast, managed forecast for cash available for distribution and cash deployments.

Managed accounting activities reviewed the work of sub-function teams and provided guidance. Completed statutory financial statements based on local accounting rules.

Led accounting activities and closing activities, preparing account reconciliations. Conducted analysis of actual performance against budget, provided valuable insights into financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
