OMO Office - Head of Jiangsu Localised Teaching Beijing/ Xuzhou • Promoted the new model of Online-merge-Offline class and business strategy of S2B2C market; built Xuzhou team from 0 to 46; • Combined and promoted the sales and operation, cooperated with local business partners to start 5 new schools; made marketing plans; • Designed the low price strategy and follow-up strategy to recruit 4500+ students; trained 36 new teachers and teaching assistants. English Department - Head of Product Management/ AI-Recorded Class • Built and led the team of English product management and Recorded Class (14 ppl); awarded Outstanding New Employee and share option. • Products: 1.produced 93 SKUs of AI courses; Phone APP functions: 2.After-class repeating and reciting test; 3.Electonic picture books; 4.Automatic recommended examination; 5.Gold coins Reward Strategy; (achieved the highest active rate among all departments). • AI-lab:1.promoted the cooperation between Huawei and Aixuexi to develop Virtual Digital Teacher; 2.developed the 3D animation Teacher; • Operation: offline Teacher training campaigns; offline sales meeting (signed 50+ new customers and ¥1.4 million got paid /single event).

Developed an on-line English language centre: www.mightypen.top and its prototype AI app • Recruited and led a team of 25 people (over 3000+ users, which turned profitable during incubation) • Received investment and endorsement from University of Oxford and Innoz, Beijing; received seed fund of 400,000 RMB

Opened in Autumn of 2004, Bing's Overseas Studies Program Beijing, aka. Stanford’s Beijing Program, is hosted by the prestigious Peking University, which is located just outside the heart of China’s bustling capital city.
