During the COVID-19 lockdowns, I ensured the uninterrupted construction of a Shanghai antibody manufacturing facility by coordinating critical material deliveries amidst severe logistical challenges. Simultaneously, I spearheaded procurement for the mRNA pilot production platform in Suzhou, enabling the timely launch of a key R&D initiative. These efforts not only maintained project timelines but also demonstrated my ability to navigate complex supply chain disruptions under high-pressure conditions.

Managed procurement for antibody CMC R&D materials, achieving an 8% cost reduction through centralized sourcing, localization, and direct manufacturer partnerships. Delivered ¥9 million in materials with over 2,500 records in 2020. Supported GMP production and CMC equipment procurement, including 2000L production lines, QC/virus removal labs, and facility upgrades for Plants 2 (¥180 million) and 3 (¥300 million).
