About
Dr. Tian-Li Wu is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the International College of Semiconductor Technology, National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Hsinchu, Taiwan. Before joining NCTU, he was working on Power and Mixed Signal Technologies at imec, Leuven, Belgium, from 2011 to 2017, where he focused on research and development of CMOS compatible 200mm GaN-on-Si platform for power switching applications and investigation of reliability issues in GaN power devices. From Jan. 2016 till Mar. 2016, he visited the FEOL/MOL reliability research group in IBM research, NY, USA, where he focused on interface characterization in sub-10nm SiGe pMOS FinFETs. His research interests focus on 1) GaN and SiC Power semiconductor and electronics, 2) Advanced semiconductor materials and devices for sub-5nm logic, 3) Industrial relevant reliability evaluation and degradation mechanism analysis, and 4) AI-accelerated device design and reliability optimization
