• Design and implement data management software and database for new /existing test data with Visual Basic .NET and Microsoft SQL Server. This data management software helps to improve the organizing, searching and analysis of the massive test data. • Design and implement a dashboard type web page with ASP .NET. This web page is the real-time information center for the test data and test schedule from database server. This web page helps to improve the visibility of the test data to other groups in the company. • Design and implement Data Analysis software with VB .NET. This data analysis software helps to plot pre/post data point and show the shifted percentage/average, for the ease of data comparison and analysis. • Design and implement data viewer software from the log files and database. • Software design, development and support in the group for custom purpose applications and solutions. • Software/Hardware design and development lead in a new tester project, which includes prober motion, oscilloscope control, data post-processing and database development. • Implement and design new product ESD/Latch-up test hardware and test plan. • ESD/Latch-Up testing and qualifying company products with JEDEC standard ESD/Latch-Up testers. • ESD/Latch-Up failure analysis, troubleshooting and follow-up on the ESD/Latch-Up failures on the products. • Performed annual calibration and verification on MK4 ESD, Orion CDM and Celestron TLP system testers, to make sure these testers are meeting the ESDA/JEDEC Standard Specification Requirements. • Representing company to attend the annual ESD/EOS symposium to understand the ESD/EOS technology trend in the industry.

• Software design and development in Visual Basic, Visual C++ and GPIB for instrument control, data post-processing and database development. • Developing the front-end interface, testing and debugging the newest developed applications software. • Developing applications and conducting experimentation with and for current and prospective customers. • Supporting the sales organization with report writing and customer visits, as necessary, where software related issues may arise. • Troubleshooting outstanding software issues and resolves in timely fashion to support the current customers. • Performing the tasks of calibration, testing, evaluation and validation of a new assembly final product. • Providing software training for new customers and product demonstration for the potential customers. • Project lead in the research and development on the software design and implementation of ESD-TLP project.
