• End-to-end recruiting life cycle process for several different countries, such as Portugal, Brazil, Germany and USA. • Lead point when it comes to Tech Recruiting within the whole Pixida Group. • Mostly worked positions: IOS Senior Developers, Android Senior Developers, Full stack Senior Developers, IT Architect, Senior Data scientist, Senior Data Engineer, Python Senior Developers and similar positions. • Ensure candidates have a smooth, seamless and positive experience; • Collaborate with the management team to understand recruitment requirements and priorities; • Improve international recruitment strategy; • Once a year responsible for conducting presentations to the Talent team throughout Pixida´s global offices regarding Tech Recruiting, newest technology trends and market expectations.

• Direct report to co-founder and CEO (ex-McKinsey) founder of Zmes; • Alignment of new positions directly with company partners to identify needs and prerequisites for the new open position; • Creation and validation of Job Descriptions; • Determine the selection criteria (Hunting Ground, Salary, Seniority Level, etc.); • Active Hunting for potential candidates through online channels (for example, social platforms and professional networks); • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection process; • Conduction of positions at all levels, from junior analyst to Head of area; • Administration of the entire internal ATS recruitment and selection system, including KPI’S, database and publication of new open positions; • Long-term relationships with past and potential candidates; • Supervisor of the entire on-boarding process for new employees from offer acceptance to their first day at the company; • Organize the first week of new employees and ensure that everything is smooth and welcoming, in addition to being responsible for all preparation and organization of the Welcome Kit, delivery of computers and online access.

• Map and screen candidates, conduct interviews, send finalists and their respective evaluations to the client; • Job Offer negotiation and formalization to approved candidates; • Ensure a healthy onboarding and keep up with the candidate in their first months at the new company; • Participation in business meetings / briefing with customers; • Formal elaboration of understanding, validation and schedule of new open positions; • Hunter of new businesses; • Conducting senior analyst, Tech Lead and Specialist positions.

• Worked as a Researcher for one of the partners who was responsible for Tech Finance market at FIND; • Search for candidates, phone screening and scheduling interviews; • Assistance in positions of Senior Analyst, Tech Lead, Specialists and C-Level.
