I am a Metallurgical Engineer with experience in gold processing plants and heavy industrial manufacturing, currently working as a Junior Metallurgist in a gold operation covering Crushing, Milling, CIL, Gravity circuit, Elution, and Gold Room activities. My professional background combines gold metallurgy, process optimization, industrial methods, and continuous improvement, supported by hands on exposure to plant performance monitoring, metallurgical accounting, laboratory and plant testing, and final gold production. Previously, I worked as a Method and Process Engineer in the steel industry, where I was involved in advanced metallurgical operations, including the follow-up of molten iron refining into steel at the AOD unit. This experience strengthened my understanding of high-temperature metallurgical processes, process control, quality assurance, and operational discipline. I also completed my Final Year Project on the installation of a steel tube production line, gaining practical experience in industrial project execution, process design, equipment selection, and coordination. Beyond my technical roles, I am actively engaged in leadership and professional development as Vice President in charge of Training, Career Development, and Professional Integration within EMMA Alumni. This role has developed my leadership, communication, mentoring, and strategic thinking skills. I am particularly interested in gold processing optimization (Crushing, Milling, Gravity, CIL & Gold Room), plant performance improvement through KPIs and data analysis, metallurgical accounting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. My long term career objective is to progress into senior technical and management roles, with a clear ambition to become a Plant Manager in the mining industry, contributing to safe operations, sustainable performance, and value creation.
