- Handle all statutory insurance procedures for employees, including social insurance, unemployment and health insurance - Monitoring and declaring employees to increase and decrease insurance monthly with the social insurance organization - Implement the records of sickness, maternity, occupational accidents and health rehabilitation for workers - Purchasing accident insurance and resolving compensation documents for employees - Settling policies for employees: marriage, sickness, maternity, funeral, family deduction - Monitor and notify the end of the probationary period to the head of the department to continue the contract / termination process - Implementing the liquidation procedures to quit work - Manage and update new employee information in HR software, manage employee record keeping - Monitoring and carrying out procedures for issuing bank cards for company employees, organizing annual health checks for employees - Manage Trade Union activities and required filing with Province Trade Union authority. Trade union officials: visit, congratulate, organize trade union activities: Birthday, March 8th, October 20th, and June 1st for children, Mid-Autumn Festival… - Organize activities for company events: sports festivals, company’s birthday, company trip, activities to donate and give gifts to the victims of the flood

- To plan, recruit and develop qualified workforce to align with company’s business plan. - Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, testing applicants and recommending suitable candidates in accordance with specified criteria. - Introducing and training for new staff on first day on board to make them align with company culture. - In charge of delivering movement and welcome new staff information

- Develop an extensive customer database. - Build TRUST and maintain good rapport with customers. - Develop online recruitment advertising business by contacting and meeting customers, discovering the needs, delivering the best solution which helps customer solve their recruitment issues. - Maintain, up-sell/cross-sell among existing customers and find out new customers - Make customers understand well how to use our service effectively by consultation. - Be responsible for individual sales target.
