A career spanning 25 years with the prestigious luxury hotel group Relais & Châteaux (Mas d’Artigny, Château Saint Martin, Le Saint Paul etc.), byword for excellence and standard bearer of the finest traditions of French Hospitality. This includes 9 years at the helm of the legendary Château de la Chèvre d’Or located in Eze village. Under my leadership and thanks to successful development strategy, the hotel was transformed and renovated, with guest friendly interior decorating and the creation of two new gastronomic establishments “L’Eden” and the “Café du Jardin”, resulting in increased revenue for the hotel. I also spent 2 years at the Pigonnet in Aix en Provence, overseeing a thorough renovation and restructuring of this provincial “family run” hotel, steering it towards luxury status in view of a profitable sale. Since then I have worked with foreign investors using my experience to evolve and deliver “turnkey” projects for luxury hotels, restaurants and guest houses. I offer an innovative approach to professional accompaniment based on attentive listening and observation. My own hard won “savoir faire” and a pragmatic modern view of the hotel business combine with a traditional work ethic and rigorous attention to detail at all levels so as to achieve excellence. The aim is to provide technical support and peace of mind to hospitality professionals with tailor made solutions to specific problems and effective clear eyed development strategies.
