- Lead Investment Banking Projects including: Structured Finance Advisory & execution deals of M&A transaction, debt funding & equity capital raising,…. - Supervise on-going projects, including delegation of responsibilities and projects to appropriate team members. - Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business. - Perform other relevant tasks, as required by BOM.

- Engage in initiating phase of new projects/deals: produce Pre FS & investment proposal; make other relevant tasks of project planning. - Assist HLV’s subsidiaries & affiliates setup & standardize corporate governance, including: define efficiency management structure, set basic rules & processes to control operation. - Be a member of SULECO Inspection Committee since 2018 (SULECO is HLV’s subsidiary). - Other tasks assigned by Board of Management.

- Take responsibility of investment banking activities including: M&A, IPOs, private placements, restructuring, privatisations and equity capital markets, etc. - Investigate & make recommendation to invest prospect deals for Clients & ASC’s BOM. - Mentor to subordinates: analystical skills, valuation models, related regulations, etc. - Build good relationship with clients, related regulators. - Engage in creating annual business plan, action plan of IB devision. - Other tasks assigned by Board of Management.

- Have many experiences in Vietnam capital market such as: equalization state-owned company, IPO, public & private offering, listing, restructuring, corporate finance advisory, etc, - Take responsibility to keep in touch with clients & build good relationship with regulators & other counterparties. - Mentor to subordinates: analystical skills, valuation models, related regulations, etc. - Engage in creating Implementation Procedures of IB Department. - Engage in creating annual business plan, action plan of IB Department. - Be leader of Stock Aution Agency Activities. - Other tasks assigned by IB Department.

- Implement advisory contracts on equalization state-owned company, public offering, listing, etc. - Be a connector supporting CSC’s headquarter (at Hanoi City) to work with HCM Stock Exchange.
