Responsible for all technical aspects of apparel for younger boys (1-9), Older boys (7-18), Men's sleepwear & underwear Creating technical sketches and spec in order to get the perfect comfortable fit for our customers Working with designers and buyers to come up with the most cost-effective way to execute the products Conducting store audits frequently to ensure all products in-store are up to expected standards and all details are followed as provided Handling childrenswear grading system for all childrenswear accounts Involving with customer insight sessions, where needed to understand the ways of improvements and applying them to the products Organizing wear testing and improving the fit as per the feedback

• Overseeing the entire outerwear design and development process for all working brands (Menswear, Womenswera & Kidswear): Tommy Hilfiger, PINK, SanMar, Columbia, DKNY, Global Brands, Adidas, Haddad Brands, Amazon, CK, American Eagle • Working closely with the brands’ design teams to showcase company’s own design ranges • Managing design team and development merchandising team to develop design and execute samples on time • Attending trade shows, fabric shows and visiting factories on regular basis to ensure up to date design collections for company and buyer presentations • Preparing company presentations and profiles for buyer meetings • Traveling overseas for design meetings, presentations and shop research

• Researched and drew up sketches and technical details for new styles • Print and graphic art development as per buyers/ brand requests • Carried out fabric research and sourced new fabrics on regular basis • Worked with factories in China and India throughout the sample development process to bulk production • Prepared specification sheets for new designs to proceed fit/ PP samples and signed off approvals for bulk production • Ensure quality and measurements by checking and approving of fit,PP and shipment samples • Communicated style comments, fit approvals to offshore technical teams • Sample/Production coordination with overseas factories
