- Receive purchasing request, check & issue purchasing order based on build plan of factory (both in Vietnam & USA) - Follow up delivery schedule from suppliers to meet production plan - Take quick action to clear shortage of material - Take care of issues happened in purchasing process: NG products, missing parts, ... - Negotiate for better conditions with suppliers: price, delivery schedule, MOQ, NCNR,.. - Do report weekly, monthly of open orders, shortage, excess of inventory - Make payment request for invoices from local vendors

- Control inventory and warehouse activities: in/ out activities, damage issue solving,... - Control stock level to raise action plan and cooperate with other department - Support some HSE activities in warehouse - Arrange truck for delivery based on customer's order - Make weekly and monthly inventory report to send to manager - Control and send warning information of shortage stock, expired products to sales team for action plan - Solve issues related to labeling, shelf life extension of products. - Follow and make report of accrual cost from contractors/ suppliers - Make payment request for red invoice from contractor - Do purchasing of all items locally. Make purchasing contract, negotiate with contractor, follow up delivery schedule,.... - Prepare good documentation as request. ( CO, CQ, PL, BL,...) - Support some foreign purchasing task: checking shipping documents, request for related docs, .... - Follow up and return documentation from contractors/ suppliers

- Solve all issues in the process of good delivery to customer to make sure that all customer's requires are met - Collect delivery documents - Do monthly billing with customers and subcontractors - Make revenue and cost report monthly to send to manager - Make payment request for red invoice from subcontractors before forwarding to finance department - Support some HR task
