Overseeing the entire factory in Kulim. Operations, engineering modules (TF, CMP, Diffusion, Photo, Etch, Implant, Cleans, etc), manufacturing, facilities and warehouse, Major achievements are provided the higher wafer out and revenue. Bring the Fab1E fab and facilities building to mass production.

Plan and manage fab integration and technology development team to: o Strategize 5-year technology road map plan to support company and market business requirement. o Drive and oversee yield enhancement, quality and reliability to enhance company market position. o Drive and manage NRE charge for the core team which include fab setup in Beijing Fab. • Work close with customer, sales and marketing for the market requirement to close the gap for technology offer and strategy plan. • Strategy plan for SilTerra Own Silicon Photonics Technology (SOT) with internal Otest capability.

• Drive and Oversee Yield Enhancement team, • Set up the New Technologies (CMOS22, CMOS18, CMOS16, CMOS15, CMOS13 (CU), CMOS13 (AL) and CMOS11) & Ramp them into Mass Production, Drive Cost Reduction, • Establish Plan to improve Line Yield & to Resolve Line Excursions, Optimize Product Yield, Quality & Reliability to Enhance Company Market Position.

• Successful Transfer of Wafer Fabrication Technology from LSI (Gresham-USA) to Silterra Malaysia - Fault isolation (electrical) failure analysis transfer. • Successful Development of CMOS22 &Technology & release to Mass Production (Technology Development)
