- Working directly with US/UK Head Quarter to receive the tech package (CAD/MAP), then review and make sure everything is clear enough to convert the product designs into commercialized products. - Transferring the tech pack to pattern team and work closely with them on the pattern pieces/tooling opening. Give out the pattern suggestion when necessary base on the material characteristic. - Getting in touch with local/oversea suppliers for material selection, treatment request on sample, leadtime speed-up, MOQ issue and quotation discussing to meet target FOB. - Manage sampling and prototyping timeline across all development phases from CR2 (Concept Review)-PSE-SMS-MCS (Confirmation sample). - Collaborate with Costing team proactively in finding costing solutions in case of overtarget issue and make decision for material/treatment changing but no impact to overall design/construction. - Building and tracking the BOM status to ensure all material are released before CWA sign-off date. - Giving solutions for rejected material on both color and durability testing. - Evaluating/Analyzing the test result on FGT (Finished Good Testing)/Wear/Fit test and solving the failed cases. - Taking part in Commercialization stages for model concept completing and ensuring quality before mass production receiving. - Tracking overall status of handling model and reporting sample manufacturing/testing timeline with Category leader and LOD.
