Project management on projects ranging from 5 to 8 figures, including large enterprise wide project with 1000's of labor hours and multi-million dollar budgets within the QHS ITPMO. • Managed ERP, Oracle ExeData, HCM, ELM, Portal, SPOK, Masimo, OmniCenter, Cisco ISE, SPOK, AD, full data center migration, and other projects. • Built and developed part of the IT PMO templates and project management forms. • Developed of presentations, slide decks and other IT PMO communication to other QHS departments, vendors and executives. • Training, development and support of QHS IT staff on general IT and Project Management. • Development of project templates, containers in ServiceNow, WorkFront/AtTask (Project Management SaaS software), and MS Project. Managed the IT team with 6 team members, we handled all IT systems including but not limited to SAN’s, VOIP, VM’s. Physical servers, routers, switches, work stations, printers, SQL, PC paraphernalia and a vast array of applications. • Led project and program management - including: 50+ servers migration off Windows 2003, 100+ applications, 500+ databases. New routers, switches and bandwidth upgrades and migrations in all of our 3 Data Centers, 16 Branches and 50+ ATM’s, and various security implementations. • Implemented training for the entire team with a minimum 10 days training per team member per year, sent my team to vendor training for CUCM, NetApp and PMP training and all my team members had 24/7 access to CBT Nuggets 3000+ IT training videos. • Managed and developed departmental budgets, team training, risk analysis, security analysis, security training, employee development/reviews, KPI’s, process improvement, threat management and monitoring. • Developed an environment where I gave my team the tools and skills they needed to grow professionally, personally and feel comfortable performing their various job responsibilities.

I worked at CMC’s Data Center primarily with project management on various projects to optimize and improve the Data Center and the systems in it. Team lead for the Data Center Operations team. • Designed and implemented a full backup encryption solution with hardware encryption to all our backups. • Led our backup optimization effort: Boosted our speed up from 20-35 GB /hour to 175-225 GB /hour /tape drive, added regulation required security measures to current backup solution, effectively pushing the retirement date for the backup solution a full tech refresh cycle into the future (4 years). • Mapped, dressed and labeled 85% of the Data Centers cables (4000+), cleanup of 600+ cables not connected to servers. • Completed server builds, OS installation, Firmware/driver installation, fiber/Ethernet cabling, hardware replacement hot/cold swap, security upgrades, etc. • Implemented front end design of SolarWinds monitoring for the entire Data Center 1000+ servers. • Made training materials for my group and trained them on servers, IT security, audits, social engineering, OS, logical/physical security, firmware/drivers, backup and much more. • Updated many procedures for the department making the day-to-day tasks more efficient. • Made new Visio drawings of all the racks in the Data Center, updated the AutoCAD drawings for the Data Center and 82D isometric drawings of the Data Center. • Consolidated the data from 511 tapes onto 37 tapes, found ways to recycle 1467 tapes, and other ways to reuse 542 bad tapes and 226 retired tapes (A total of 2740+ tapes we can reuse). • Employee of the quarter Q2 & Q3 2014.

• Oversaw project management and switch security implementations, configurations, and upgrades.. • Assisted in the day to day operations of TDC’s core network. • Supervised CMR's and implementation of hardware and software maintenance. • Led NNI MPLS' with other ISP's. (ATT, Verizon, BT, Colt Telecommunication, Telefonica, Telecom Austria, Tele Greenland and PCCW) as the lead test engineer / test engineer. • Enhanced firewall filers, access lists, DNS blocks, black holing, and security training. TDC is Denmark's largest ISP and telecommunications provider. TDC’s IP backbone consists of over 4300 router, switches and firewalls primarily Cisco and Juniper equipment serving around 9 million customers.
