As an Event Operations Associate, I travel to client locations to set up and supervise large-scale inflatable entertainment equipment for parties, school events, and community gatherings. I ensure every event runs smoothly by managing equipment logistics, engaging guests, and upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service.

As the Lead Counselor at Convent & Stuart Hall during the summer of 2022, I was responsible for overseeing a team of counselors and ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment for campers aged 5 to 12. I had to budget allocated funds to ensure that I could make the most of what I was given to foresee a fun summer camp for the campers. I also supervised and mentored 15 counselors, fostering collaboration and effective communication to enhance the camper experience. Additionally, I designed and implemented a variety of recreational and educational activities tailored to campers' interests, promoting personal growth and teamwork. My role also involved providing guidance and support to campers, addressing their needs, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive camp atmosphere. I ensured adherence to safety protocols and camp policies, conducting regular assessments to promote a secure environment for all participants. Acting as a liaison between parents and camp staff, I facilitated updates on camper progress and addressed any concerns. This experience honed my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while reinforcing my commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
