I have more than 17 years’ experience in market research. I started my research career since 1993 which is the early stage of research industry in Vietnam. With many years experience in both operation and client service, I used to work for SRG, NFO – MBL and ACNielsen market research company. The mixed experience of operation and client service will ensure the best quality of information for client. Strategic thinking, mastering marketing platform, experience in international marketing concepts, solid understanding of the local market and consumers’ insights etc. featured my added values to clients. Since 2006, I have been selected as chief of ESOMAR Representative in Vietnam (Esomar is the World’s Research Organization). Besides, I also a member of America Marketing Association (AMA).
