Good Items: Knit, Woven I was a leader of the Integrated Production team and manage the Dept as: PST ( technical staff – prepare pre-production –QCO); Production officers; Training Center; Cutting, Sewing to Finishing; Wash; QC. Production line: 29 lines ( working within 2 shift/ day) Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure compliance towards ISO 9001 and 14001 • Responsible for quality, on-time delivery, cost control, safety in production operation • To plan, organize manpower and system requirements for processes audit to ensure products comply with buyers’ standard and specifications • Works with planners for whole plant wise planning in the term of headcount requirement/ machinery/ sub-operation capacity • To monitor order balancing in the factory and follow up on production progress • To monitor the material utilization to achieve optimum usage of fabric • To manage all operations in the production department with regard to Quality, efficiency, cost manpower, overtime, on-time delivery… • To plan delivery schedule and follow up to meet the planned date • To approve production documents and purchasing orders • Gives fully supports to all Executives, Senior Supervisors, Senior staffs so they will be able to handle day operations • Ensures that all production staffs are adequately trained and qualified to perform their job satisfactorily • To ensure that ISO 9001 and 14001 procedures, all company’s rules & regulations are being followed strictly by all operators • To ensure that all operators are conversant with Quality Environment Policy, Wrap principles, and the buyer’s code of conduct. Production line: 26 lines ( working normal shift) Headcount monitoring was 1100 people. Performance achievement: Setup a new factory for new places follow Nike concepts & Training new hires for new land. • Get up the new style from Planning – Business team, after that to make the planning for a product line on week/months. And follow BOM to within merchandiser to make sure material & Accessories input WH. • Deploy to all team at the factory to clear the planning of new style to Pre-product (Pre-PP meeting) • Read & analysis production report daily: warehouse (relax Fabrics), Cutting, Embroideries /washing, sewing, Finishing and so that directly decide if it has any problem. • Review layout with the IE team for setup and follow up daily productivity and push it to ensure that meet targets. And to show a solution (template, folding...) to improve productivity if we can • Coordinate with QA team and show the solution to fix if garments have any problem • Follow up of booking confirmation to QA customer and to contact with them when they come factory to Final inspection or audit… • Ensure all the orders are delivered on time (100%) as per Customer requirement. (and over ship if we can (to follow rules by Customer) • Monitoring waste of finishing goods. (re-shipment for grade A, B, C or) • Negotiate with vendors to lower price to create profit for the company if we can • Training and leading staff to negotiate and communicate with suppliers to do jobs as planned • Ensure 5S is followed and maintained in own work area • Others as required by Production Director

Production line: 7 lines ( working normal shift) Headcount monitoring was 120 people. Report directly to Factory Manager (Mrs. Nhu Y) • Make the planning for the product on week/month. • Make and follow up the plan for samples, blanket, shrinkage to make sure it is matching with plan product and to show solution if it does not match. • Make the plan for the team and training to ensure all below staff understand the targets/ expectations. • Manage raw materials & accessory for sewing and ensure it ‘s matching with the plan for the product. • Review and order accessory (thread, label,.) and to sum up the total material to purchase on time to provide production, • Negotiate with vendors to lower price to create profit for the company if we can • Training and leading staff to negotiate and communicate with suppliers to do jobs as planned • Control the planned product – follow up the pattern of cutting and product and make sure the product runs smoothly. • PP meeting for the new order and make sure all demand will be already when it put inline (people, machinery, progress, material & accessory …) • Setup and follow up daily productivity and push to ensure that meet target • Make and follow up the plan for shipment and contact with the company wash the garments to ensure delivery on time • Manage and control finish goods after washing and packing it to prepare for shipping • Control oversea warehouse effectively • Manage and control raw materials & accessory and re-schedule it if we have stock. • Solving all problems appeared daily (Accessory not passed quality…) • Ensure 5S is followed and maintained in own work area • Others as required by General Director factory

• Ensure Daily product meets standards • Ensure Dyeing, Washing, Calendaring and QA team have clear WI and procedures. • Ensure QA team works properly to support the production and quality. • Ensure all complaints have root cause analysis and solutions. • Monthly training the QA team for technical aspects to improve performance • Support to train new people for technical aspects. • Monthly appraise the performance of below staffs. • Daily meeting the people to ensure all below staff understand the targets/ expectations. • Prepare clear instruction for each specified formula • Do trial to improve quality and processes. • Observe control points and equipment; monitor personnel and resources. • Examines the processes in Dyeing, Washing, calendaring and blocking and reports irregularities in process to production supervisors, maintenance and management. • Enforce policies, regulations and procedures in own working area. • Coordinate with production teams to find the solution for reducing waste and implementing the improvement actions. • Attend daily production meeting to find the solution for the failures. • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures in own work area • Ensure 5S is followed and maintained in own work area • Manage relationships with key internal customers: Dyeing, Calendaring, Blocking, Warehouse, maintenance, Team. • Others as required by Operation Manager

I was a leader of the Engineer team within 4 people working in this group Report directly to Dyeing Manager (Mr. Dung NQ) Main study: • Setup plan to follow up project on the team • • Setup new machine and connection machine on system with in network and program, function, • Build the method number and dyeing profile and and calculate the ratio water, layer to maximine capacity of machine we can use. • Communicate with the expartner team technical support for system lawer ,TD-lab , Auto lab to make sure the system running as well. • Control to monitor System lawer (auto dispense chemical, and Td-lab ,Auto-lab (autodispense dyestuff) • Trial run new recipe – prediction, new samples, new program if any. • Analysis all lot fail and find root cause problem and to fixed • Working with Dyeing Supervisor , Team leader to find out the solution to solve all problem before passing project to production and make sure product run smoothly. • To Make sure all the dyeing operator understand the WI • Improve right first times, safety, quality, productivity • Do weekly internal audit in the shift and report • Report for Manager Production • Manage team members, Quality, Process, analysis. • Report for Production Manager • Other request of Manager Production
