Thomas Urbain

I am a junior at Saint Francis University, working towards degrees in both Computer Science and Cybersecurity Administration. In the future, I am interested in pursuing a career as a Digital Forensics Examiner or Security Analyst. My time at Saint Francis has allowed me the privilege of working with industry professionals to hone my cybersecurity skills. I have earned multiple vendor-specific certifications, including Windows Forensics with Belkasoft and AccessData Certified Examiner with Forensic Toolkit, strengthening my expertise in digital forensics. In addition to my academic pursuits, I work at the Laptop Repair Help Desk on campus, where I apply my technical skills to solve hardware and software issues, further enhancing my problem-solving abilities. I also serve as a teaching assistant and tutor for digital forensics classes, holding office hours for students to ask questions about class content. Outside of my campus employment, my role at NPC, Inc. in the cybersecurity department has allowed me to gain proficiency in using software like CrowdStrike to monitor and respond to security threats, further developing my skills in incident response strategies that are crucial for my future career.
