Have a key role in support of the offshore operations on assigned construction vessel. Participate as part of the construction crew onboard and follow a regular offshore and onshore rotation. (4-2-2). Have technical interface sessions between the project team and construction personnel on the vessel. Provide link between crane group, vessel, Chief Engineer and projects. Gives direct operational guidance to deck, equipment, ROV and services personnel. Signs and issues technical documentation as originator or checker, accepting and ensuring accuracy. Implement new work methods to improve safety and/or efficiency Provides inspection of construction equipment and reports potential problems to the appropriate discipline leads. Participate in project risk assessments, HAZID's and HAZOP's during the onshore rotation Participates in review of offshore procedures and provides feedback to project engineers onshore. Promote safety culture and initiatives to the vessel crew Assist in mobilization/ demobilization of vessel. Pre mob planning of 3rd party assistance, fabrication, seafastening and craneage certification. Have technical briefings to offshore personnel to ensure that the work is implemented in accordance with approved procedures Technical assistance to the Offshore Manager Review and distribute task plans ensuring all relevant safety and quality issues are included Identify any deviations from procedures and manage this change directly Ensure engineering logbook is updated through each shift with a thorough handover Participate in the planning of the offshore work scope on a daily basis Responsible for TRA/Lift planning lifting operations. Works closely with the project teams regarding lift planning. Participate in Shift handovers, Tool Box Talks and supervisor shift briefings Assist in mitigating safety and commercial risks Ensure that Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) are considered in every engineering task.

Field support for the Lewek Constellation, Lewek Express, EMAS Marine Base, as well as the Gulen spool base in Norway.

Development of procedures and supporting documents. Designing rigging arrangements and lift plans for all aspects of pipelay. Working alongside our analysis department to ensure that all engineering was correct and applicable to real world situations. Building a complete material take off list to ensure that once in field, all necessary materials and tooling were on hand to correctly and efficiently complete the operations.

Revamped their manifest for all of the equipment. Processed all third party billing for the Asherton department. Assisted in processing payroll for the department.
