It is providing 1,800 parking spaces for drop-off & pick-up areas, and provide waiting lounges with check-in facilities for passengers with flight departures from Airport.)

• Assisted Chief Architects to manage a Design and Building Project and facilitated the role of local architect • Managed the statutory submission documents and drawings • Prepared the construction drawings and coordinating with Main Contractor and Subcontractor • Coordinated the detail designs and handling design submissions for Approval from Home and Youth Affair Bureau • Handled the Beam Plus Assessment procedure Achievements: • Lead 2 Architectural Assistants and Draftsmen to handle the local statutory submission with BIM system etc. Key Projects: • Kai Tak Sports Park - Main Stadium, Kai Tak Sports Park Ltd. (With a seating capacity of 50,000 boasts a retractable roof, the Stadium has been designed to meet the standards of major international events with customizable staging and host a wide range of international events in any weather. A vast activity platform sets against a panoramic glass wall that provides exceptional views toward Victoria Harbor.)

The residential Development offers 335 units across 5 blocks with 19 storeys and 3 storeys podium. The Date of Occupation starts from Jan 2022.)

(Commercial project involved the revitalization of two 16-storey industrial buildings built in 1978 into commercial and office space under the Wholesale Conversion of Industrial Buildings Scheme, converted to shopping arcades with new linking bridge connecting between 2 towers. Structural alterations and demolition at upper towers were involved. The approximate area of the renovation works is about 33,400m2.)
