My role as a senior adviser is a jack of all trades, and my main responsibility is to effectively communicate the businesses strategic objectives with senior management to drive the business forward. To meet with the leadership to discuss the current business strategy and what elements of that plan should be shared with employees to make them more efficient in their daily work activities. To act as a intermediate between the company and key investors and venture capitalist. To help gather information and to help when seeking additional funding for current projects.

Hosted the 31 annual Rauma Blues Festival in Rauma, Finland. Officially responsible for opening and closing the Rauma Blues Festival in Rauma, Finland. Introduce performers and provide the performers with the timetable and ensures that the various sections of the event started and ended on time. Make sure performers have enough time to set-up before their sets begun. Interact with the public in between the live music sets. Translated and ensured the transportation to and from the venue for the performers was on time. Greet artist and guest and media as they arrived backstage. Ensured that the catering staff provided refreshments for all the guest during the whole evening. Made sure that arrangements with all the bands went smoothly.

Makes the recording artists professional life easier, and handles entry and exit routes to and from the concert site, and to arrange the transportation from the airport to the hotel and to handle some of the day-to-day chores related to their performance. To translate from Finnish to English and to make sure they have a good knowledge of the performance venue.
