Starting as Associate and moving to Photo Center Manager, supervised associate/customer relations. Was chosen for National Photo Center Focus Group and flown to Wal-Mart Headquarters. Initiated policy changes for National Photo Center Operations. Served as KODAK/SIFE Regional/National Event Photographer for Wal-Mart Sponsorship. Served as Market/District Operations Team Leader and travelled between stores in district to ensure 100% operational compliance. Managed the highest sales volume photo center with more than $900,000 in sales for 2007. Decreased shrink by $21,000 between 2008 and 2009.

Coordinated the recruiting and hiring process for the store. Facilitated and monitored associate training and orientation. Managed and maintained the personnel files of approximately 500 associates.
