About

Vision-driven strategist and investor working at the intersection of critical minerals, venture capital, energy transition, and global supply chain innovation. Over five years managing and scaling ventures that secure essential resources for the clean-tech economy, from lithium exploration in West Africa to emerging processing technologies in Southeast Asia, Central American and North America. As Co-Founder of Phoenix Transition Minerals, I led initiatives advancing responsible lithium development, including government liaison, community relations, partner management, and modular-processing design to enable agile market entry and reduce environmental impact. This includes more than a year in rural Nigeria directly overseeing exploration, logistics, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement across multiple lithium-license areas. My background spans international markets and early-stage venture investment, with experience in critical minerals, med-tech, and fintech. I’ve collaborated with investors, policymakers, and scientific leaders across Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia to accelerate sustainable development and technology transfer. I’ve both raised capital and invested personally, building strategic partnerships with financiers and public-sector agencies to expand project capacity. Hands-on experience includes work within venture accelerators, co-investment structures, and operational involvement and project assessment in mining and processing projects in Madagascar, Malawi, Nigeria, and Guatemala. In Nigeria, I’ve worked directly with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), U.S. Embassy economic teams, and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) to advance cross-border investment and policy frameworks, including joint field visits to project sites. Educated in strategic management, international relations, and geopolitical economics (MBA + MIR, IE Business School, Madrid) and trained in international hospitality and leadership at École Hôtelière de Lausanne, I specialize in aligning industry, investment, and government to design frameworks for sustainable growth and technological resilience. Keynote speaker at international conferences hosted by The American Ceramics Society, including the 2024 Critical Minerals Conference and 2023 Scientific Conference in Thailand, focusing on the role of critical minerals in emerging technologies and low-impact processing.

Green Energy Minerals (GEM) was established to explore, support and develop projects in the critical minerals sector. Thailand: • Contracted by a Canadian mining and mineral processing company to scout and develop business opportunities to trial their novel ultrasound-based processing technology in Thailand. GEM led the Bangkok-based efforts, cultivating connections with government officials, investors, and materials science specialists to support the processing initiative. We secured government backing, identified advantageous tax incentives, secured investor funding, and assembled a scientific team to build a pilot plant using the ultrasound mineral processing technology. Nigeria: • Engaged in the Nigerian mineral sector as an investor and advisor since 2020, initially in tin exploration and processing, later transitioning to lithium. Working closely with geologists and mining professionals we successfully pinpointed and acquired high-grade lithium spodumene mineral licenses. The lithium project (PTM) is currently in the development stage, actively pursuing funding for the drilling program as a spin off of GEM's initial work in Nigeria. General Consulting: organization and strategy for critical mineral companies, reviewing and advising on projects in Guatemala, Madagascar, DRC, and Bolivia. Speaking Engagements: • 2024: Delivered keynote address at the Critical Mineral Conference in Thailand, organized by The American Ceramics Society. Presentation focused on The Importance and Roles of Critical Minerals in the Development of New and Emerging Technologies: Global Perspectives. • 2023: Spoke at a Scientific Conference in Thailand, also hosted by The American Ceramics Society. Presentation centered on The Importance of Critical Minerals in Technology and Low Impact Processing of Critical Minerals.
