Completed a work experience placement as an environmental consultant, helping to conduct a number of surveys and drafted a report for a senior consultant analysing the surveys and making suggestions based on the findings.

Worked in customer Services supporting customer making retail choices and ensuring a high level of customer care was provided. Demonstrated flexibility by working in a range of other departments across the store when needed.

For Seymour distribution the UK's largest independent magazine distributor, I work with a portfolio of magazines, allocating the copy to relevant stores, whilst adding value to the publishers and helping them achieve their aspirations. Focusing on delivery of retail and title level KPI’s (Sales efficiency and crude availability) for titles, and ensuring promotions and retail listings are allocated effectively. Whilst ensuring timely closure of titles to ensure production and distribution schedules are positively impacted. Also reviewing sales data providing publishers with in-depth analysis to show them opportunities to enhance their goals whether it be profitability, sales efficiency, crude availability or any other goal.
