• Work directly with Director of Player Personnel and Director of Football Operations. • Coordinate all official and unofficial visits throughout the year • Organize all facility and campus tours for unofficial and official visits throughout the year • Prepare Itineraries for all unofficial and official visits • Coordinate with strength, academic, training, and equipment staffs preparing for all official and unofficial visits • Log and update evaluations of offseason visits to schools for all coaches • Log and update all phone logs recorded throughout the year • Help coordinate both walk-on tryouts in the fall and spring • Help update and manage all WVU Football Recruiting social media outlets • Handle all of the mailing lists and mailing sent to prospective student-athletes • Oversee 10 student interns within the football office • Help develop and design new letterheads/mailings to be sent out to prospective student-athletes • Help oversee graphic design interns

• Work directly with Recruiting Coordinator and Director of Football Operations. • Update and maintain all data in ACS Recruiting software. • Update and maintain all videos in DVSport library for recruits. • Help coordinate all official and unofficial recruiting visits throughout the year. • Work with our 'Coordinator of New Media' to help create new designs for letterheads, mailings, name tags, etc. • Log and update evaluations of offseason visits to schools from all coaches. • Log and update all phone logs recorded throughout the year by each coach. • Liaison to Compliance for all evals and phone logs recorded throughout the year. • Obtain and evaluate prospect transcripts throughout the year. • Update and manage all WVU Football Recruiting Facebook pages. • Update and manage recruiting mailing lists for coaches. • Update and manage the Recruiting Boards in all staff rooms. • Help coordinate both walk-on tryouts in the fall and spring.

• Organizing recruiting videos daily in Cyber Sports Software/ACS Software. Maintain library of video and other pertinent information of potential recruit and distributed to appropriate coaching staff. • Assisting GA’s with certain administrative duties. • Assisting supervision of game day recruiting desk, responsible for providing recruit tours throughout visits. • Help coordinate unofficial visits throughout the year as well as Junior Days in the off-season. • Assisting with supervision of recruit visits during off-season
