Well Site Leader - Drilling Supervisor, BP America, Houston, Texas. Responsible for the drilling and completion of Oklahoma Woodford shale horizontal wells and S-shaped pad wells in Wamsutter, Wyoming for BP America. Supervision of all well site personnel and activities including drilling, casing running, cementing, BOP testing and rig moving.

Offshore drilling and work over operations in the Gulf of Mexico, East Coast USA and West Africa.

Open hole and cased hole wire line logging at land rig locations in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Senior Directional Driller, Baker Hughes, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mississippian, Woodford shale and Granite Wash medium radius ERD and horizontal directional drilling operations with 8” and 6 ½” steerable motors, and 6 ¾” AutoTrak Curve rotary steerable tools. Drilled surface and nudge 16” to 8 ¾” hole sections. Drilled 8 ¾” curve hole sections with rotary steerable and motor assemblies. Drilled 6 1/8” lateral hole sections with 4 ¾” steerable motors.

Lead Directional Driller for Baker Hughes drilling Vintage and Oxy Petroleum Elk Hills and THUMS offshore directional wells including surface kickoffs, intermediate sections and production sections with steerable motor assemblies and AutoTrak RSS tools. My responsibilities include supervision of all well site directional and MWD operations, sidetracking, close proximity drilling and anti-collision, torque and drag, and well planning operations. Lead Directional Driller for AutoTrak RSS directional drilling operations in Kuwait with full logging suite of 4 3/4"​ AutoTrak RSS, Xtreme modular motor, LithoTrak Neutron porosity and density imaging, AziTrak resisitivty, annular pressure and gamma ray, StarTrak resistivty imaging, and TesTrak formation sampling assemblies in 6" ERD/horizontal hole sections.
