Created, designed and wrote the Junior school computing curriculum (Each year group has 6 topics. Each topic has 6 lessons, each lesson has a PPT, lesson plan, handout/resources to support and some teacher videos for particular skills) Formula Ethara School lead

Design, create, plan, revise, prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document the curriculum, course content and methods of instructions. Maintained overall responsibility for DT across the whole country (UAE) Supporting students to develop English language skills through English as a medium of Instruction (EMI) Devising textbooks for each grade, for each term to deliver the curriculum. Coordinating assessments for each grade, for each term, including termly pop quizzes, task sheets, an end of unit project and short exams. Accountable for over 1000 teachers in the field. Developing, organising or sourcing training programs to meet specific training to meet the needs of a diverse range of teachers, Assess training needs for new and existing teachers. Inform teachers about training options. Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching. Lead interviewer for subject both locally and internationally , interviewing candidates after a micro-teach session and being assessed on subject knowledge Keeping up to date with current subject trends, attended JESS Summit, attending BETT London in Jan and GESS Dubai in February Presenter at both national and international event, GITEX 2018
