Implemented 2 manual back up assembly lines for subassemblies and in case of unexpected downtime of the main assembly lines. After successfully increasing the productivity by approximately 25%, took over the position as Head of Logistics In order to improve the warehouse and production logistics processes. Responsible to head the newly introduced Logistics Department, which includes outbound logistics (import/export), warehousing and production logistics. Divided the logistics into two main departments warehousing and production logistics. Restructured the warehouse and concentrated the scattered storage facilities in one main area. Implemented a labeling procedure for outbound and inbound logistics following the global standards of the automotive industry (Global Transport Label VDA 4994) . Further introduced and implemented an order picking and production supply procedure to ensure the uninterrupted availability of parts and components on the assembly lines (kanban-principle). Ramped up the logistics team to meet the increasing demand for accurate warehousing and production supply. Furthermore worked out and introduced a specification for a new ERP System, reflecting the specific needs of the company in the areas of production and logistics.

Responsible in the Indian entity in Hyderbad to define, structure and implement procedures for the planning of onsite installations of equipment and the related logistics processes. Moreover to ensure that such procedures and the associated HR processes are designed accordingly in order to meet the current and future challenges in a strongly growing company. This also includes the budget planning for personnel, recruitment and leading the team. Furthermore to align and synchronize technical service activities for already existing installations and to define the future execution of such activities. In addition, responsible for engineering and product development procedures and the implementation of a standard localization process in conjunction with the German Headquarters as well as for identifying opportunities for renewable energy projects in the poultry industry.
