 Manage CDT ( Cutting Die Test ) before mass production _ Ask factory prepare all component of trial production shoes : + Check Pattern Knife + Check full size of shoes lasted + full size shoes lasted and outsole attached + Check measure of last marking and plastic pattern + all components measurement + Find and adjust issues on trial production shoes to avoid on mass production  Follow production and export date schedule to remind QA push factory on time  Do lasting checklist on line to find where issues happen & whether factory follow SOP or not  Train new QC_QA about inspection shoes and solve issues on production process  Check daily fitting with Models to improve issues happen  Do inventory stock material in factory warehouse  Find suitable price material suppliers whole Việt Nam  Work with components suppliers to solve when had issues happen  Do Audit factory 3 times / year  Do Audit factory in case find new factory  Solve quality issues.

▪ Responsible for QA/QC and production for direct suppliers in Vietnam ▪ Develop process for quality control and assurance like inspection guideline, confirmations sample process, physical testing, production sample, daily report, QA/QC database… ▪ Resolve quality issues with suppliers, vendor and make action plan for team and factory to follow ▪ Check and work on the development samples, confirmation samples before sending to German. ▪ Check and work on the cutting die trial, production trial and confirm all main materials and components … before processing for mass production ▪ Check and working on process in production and finish shoes to assure it correct with sample and factory SOP. ▪ Work with supplier like outsole mold, last, material… to make sure it correctly with confirmation sample. ▪ Work with lab as STR, ITS, TUV… if the shoes is not passed for chemical test. ▪ Work with supplier and component team to monitor the quality of materials from nominated vendors and external vendors to improve the quality insistency of component if necessary. ▪ Support factory’s production manager in implementing Continuous Improvement techniques and best practices ▪ Conduct final inspection of finished good prior to shipment based on AQL table. ▪ Conduct a routine mass production process requirement audit twice per year to make sure all the standard are being followed corrected. ▪ Maintain positive, effective working relationship and close communication with Quality team, Developer team, Production Manager by sharing issues, difficulties, correct action plan and priorities in weekly meeting ▪ Explain practices and directive to Quality team, Technical team and Production Manager to share goals.
