I am a CPA and a Long Island / NYC senior executive with 25+ years' experience in public and privately held companies ranging up to $300+ million in revenue, inclusive of experience in a division of U.S. Shoe Corporation ($3 billion revenue). My Industry experience includes mailing and printing, internet commerce, consumer goods, manufacturing and sales in the international and domestic gaming industry, pharmaceutical distribution and wholesale distribution of footwear, complimented by five years public accounting and management at KPMG. I am a results oriented, operationally focused executive managing key performance indicators, cash flow, M&A assessment, execution and integration. I am a change agent as evidenced by my enhancements to financial and operational reporting, achieving cost savings, negotiating key strategic deals and implementing key internal controls to drive profitability. Over the last six years I have been a Board member and I have over 15 years extensive experience with corporate executives, board members, shareholders, auditors and corporate attorneys. I have led a small IPO, negotiated PIPE transactions and credit facilities, inclusive of a $30 million credit facility. I am proficient in all aspects of SEC reporting, and have worked directly with BDO, Arthur Andersen and KPMG over my career.
