I have been involved in the soil design, testing and supply of many significant projects throughout the Pacific Northwest for over 15 years. As more demands are placed on our Urban Enviroment the necessity to grow green in the city and the surrounding environs becomes more and more pressing. As the basis for everything grown, soil quality and performance cannot be overlooked. My new position is as the chief principal of my company Nutritec. We specialize in bio extracts which are based on liquid compost extracts (LCE). After working with composts and compost based soils for over 20 years this is a natural evolution for me. Our extracts used specialized composts to create a liquid microbial solution full of diverse microbial species. From there our products can be used to improve soil and plant health in a host of different ways. in our changing world improving soil can be the key to lessening inputs and impacts as well as improving our horticultural and agriculture practices. I am pleased to be working in this important and developing field.
