To coordinate and review shop drawings/submittals, RFI's, changes as well as assisting in site supervision and coordination to ensure timely and cost efficient completion of projects.

Project Coordinator/Engineer tasked with supervising and coordinating doors/hardware and closeouts/deficiencies for the TTC (TYSSE) Downsview Park Station construction project. Departed upon achievement of Substantial Performance. - Doors and Hardware: All doors, frames and hardware deficiencies and outstanding work for the station including the EEB buildings connecting north and south of the tunnel while coordinating with TTC follow on contractors while onsite. - Tasked with creating acceptable format of closeout manuals for the TYSSE. Part of the delays and claims team assembled by Aecon. Solely in charge of all closeout documentation such as formatting, compiling O&M manuals, warranties, as-built drawings and spare parts handover and coordinated delivery with the TTC. - Delays and claims work included review of past changes time frames and cross-examining that against the critical schedules both past and present. Highlighting past years of changes on relevant plans and details. Drafting and issuing letters to the TTC if a 'Delay by the Commission' was determined (GC 17).
