Within the R&D department, with my team of mechanical, electronic and software engineers, I am in charge of designing hardware products and putting them into production. The role included: - Provide guidance and professional development support to team of engineers - Drive reuse of building block designs and product architectures in alignment with electrical and mechanical architecture team - Standardize and formalize working methods - Manage hardware design and release schedules across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, risks, and issues are tracked and actioned - Identify the norms and standards applicable in the countries of sale and ensure that the associated constraints are taken into account when designing the product - Communicate project status across teams and to senior management - Provide input and support to business finance with project cost estimates and budget review - Work across the business to successfully deliver against development priorities - Analyze supplier technical proposals and provide feedback to management about the related quote - Participates in continuous improvement and lessons learned efforts for products, tools, processes and programs - Support root cause analysis of failures found during development process or in production. Key achievements: - Continuous improvement of a product during the manufacturing process (5k - 10k products / year) - ISO9001: from internal presentation to audit validation by Bureau Veritas - Design and launch of a new scalable hardware platform based on a new processor core Qualifications: - Broad knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, RF signals, input/output interfaces, and wireless communication technologies - Experience in circuit board design, fabrication, and assembly - Experience in product release, test, and manufacturing

Shanghai is one of the global financial centres in the world. Altyor Industries Shanghai, subsidiary of the French group ALTYOR, is an industrial and manufacturing plant, based in Shanghai. The company is oriented towards the IoT markets and new products for the Smart Home of tomorrow. Within the NPI department, in collaboration with the Project Manager I’m in charge of the electronic parts of new incoming projects. The role included: - Analysing customer specifications for industrialization - BOM follow up - Reviewing DFM with SMT supplier - Monitoring SMT trial run at the EMS factory (including AOI, SPI, X-Ray) - Creating functional testing specification - Contracting and following with test bench supplier - Test software development for fast integration with test bench supplier's code - Conducting bug tracking and providing technical support to the manufacturing teams - Products certification follow-up (CE-RED, IC, FCC, CB) - Following from trial run through mass production stage product life - Analyzing production data for continual improvement - Hardware Failure analysis to support rework procedure - Developing and maintaining internal traceability system Key achievements: - Launched multiple serial runs and mass productions (from 5k to 100k products/year) - Followed and improved already producing project (300k+ products/year) - Development and update of test bench software for production - Updated and maintained the internal traceability system - Introduced production analysis tools on a weekly basis Technical skills: - Coding skills (VB .NET, MySQL, Labview) - Industrialization process - Electronic knowledge (PCB/PCBA manufacturing, electronics components, RF…) - Test time/pass-rate optimization - Data analysis and report for different audience going from production to the board as well as customers Human skills: - Teamwork spirit - International environment (French, Chinese, English) - Customer friendly - Problem-solving mindset

Éolane is the leader in professional electronic services. Within the R&D department at éolane Combrée, I am in charge of the test benches development. The role included: - Developing a qualification bench for an electric actuator management system - Developing a verification and validation test bench - Creation functional test specification documents - Drafting of test bench wiring diagram - Evaluation of the time and the need for the equipment needed to develop a test bench according to the product specifications Technical skills: - Handling RT and non-RT systems in a single test bench using Labview - Ensure the transmission of data through a heterogeneous system with different architectures such as μAFDX (ARINC 664), LDVS, UDP, Ethernet - Build a consistent software environment while using multiple technologies such as FPGA, PXI chassis, RT computer and standard industrial computer (non RT) - Establish a relationship with the IP provider for customization and support during the development process Key Achievements: - Test bench delivery on customer site - Project follow-up from quotation request to customer delivery Human skills: - Self-learning and rapid learning - Strong communication on a technical level with an international support team - Rapid adaptation to several technological environments
