* Working in partnership with reserve ecologists, we are designing protocols to improve research output, refining data collection to focus on producing high quality, publishable research. Research topics include: * Looking at spatio-temporal occupancy shifts by species when under competition. * Impacts of anthropogenic disturbance on animal behavior and beta diversity. * The effects of drought on avian diversity and abundance.

* Developed protocol describing best practices towards detecting and managing data quality issues. * Created and organized skill sharing sessions for analysis techniques. * Advisor at data workshops, emphasizing the role of master data. * Developed a visual tool to measure data quality * Attended training on data science with Python, VBA, SQL, and SAS. * Developed a VBA program to automate collection of data quality problems throughout organization. * Facilitator at 600 person conference. * Developed data flows to determine how data sources enter organization, are utilized and then stored.
