- Unified 3 business units post-merger and led shift to cloud-first architecture, enabling scalable platform development. - Instituted agile test-first development culture across business units—cutting regression, boosting velocity, improving morale, and driving agile maturity. - Delivered 6+ Mezzanine product features to unblock listing Mezzanine product on Cisco sales catalogue by applying technical expertise across Java, gRPC, Protobuf, REST, Cisco Xapi. - Built immersive, large-scale data visualizations with Custom UI’s using g-speak (C++/Go/Python/Javascript/Typescript), accelerating sales engagements.

- Created immersive visualizations for Raytheon execs and U.S. government officials by bridging homegrown simulators with modern UX layers (Unity/HTML5) to showcase Raytheon products.

- Oversaw development of VizRT/augmented/virtual reality demonstrations to communicate big-data. geospatial, and complex system architectures - Led an engineering team of 50+ responsible for requirements development, implementation, and system sell off to customers for hardware and software components on a sonar program. - Managed schedule, cost, staff and technical delivery for six sonar systems worth tens of millions across hardware, software, systems, test, and procurement including interfacing with subcontractors.

- Delivered end-to-end delivery of torpedo systems in C++/Java, including reverse engineering, design, and customer sell-off over TCP, UDP, and MIL-1553 protocols. - Created and managed cost and schedule tracking for 30-person AEGIS SPY radar team with a $10M+ budget. - Trained and led 30 engineers to capture 500+ complex SPY radar requirement updates under a compressed schedule. - Conceptualized, built, and deployed a company-wide SharePoint site for engineering metrics, reducing overhead, and improving visibility.
