Responsible for growing the team from 15 to 40, empowered for a rapid ARR growth. Opening two new offices, of which one international. Late 2022 the company launched a complete new and scalable product platform, an important basis for the future growth of the company. ARR has had an impressive growth since the launch and is expected to continue with a continous development of product platform

Simployer acquired Capitech AS in 2017. In 2018 I consequently changed role and became responsible for project delivery in Simployer, including a Scandinavian management team with a total of about 35 project managers in the departement. Focus was on improving effeciency as there was too long lead time for customers to be onboarded. We managed to improve our efficiency with 30% during the first year.

Responsible for growing the team from 14 to 21 autonomous and complementary employees who were empowered to reach a 50%+ income increase and significantly improved EBIT - mainly driven by ARR growth. Capitech was sold to Simployer in 2017, integrating Capitech into their business. I was appointed Director in Simployer from January 2018, at the same time keeping an eye on operations in Capitech.

I filled two roles during my four years in Aibel. I was section manager for commercial disciplines (increased from 10 to 35 employees from 2011 to YE 2014). In parallell I was project control manager for Equinor projects, following up progress, contracts and financials for projects totalling NOK 130-230 millions a year.

Started on a two-year trainee period but was promoted to equity analyst after six months with focus on the oil service sector. First Securities was a great learning platform as the analyst team scored as the strongest financial analysts in Norway in this period.
