- Assist to forecast the inventory and freight budget by gathering the data from all related department - Perform cost deviation analysis and comparing actual with budget plan - Monitor inventory and freight costs, adding up various variables to mitigate overbudget risks - Present the result and variance analysis of freight & inventory to the leadership - Together with the transportation team, review and analyze the freight cost variance - Calculating the freight cost for accrual the budget to business resource department - Manage overseas suppliers to achieve the on-time delivery target - Cooperate with transportation team to ensure the critical shipments delivery on time - Ensure materials availability from suddenly production plan change to secure production run smoothly

- Taking responsibility in New Product Implementation (NPI) - Be a communication windows with overseas customer to sync up the information especially material status, escalation requirement - Ensure the ordering process and arrival time of material is on plan - Retrieve and calculate the customer requirement to release the production plan - Cooperate with the buyer for price quoting to supplier, PR/PO releasing - Control the inventory cost relate to company achievement - Create the material report to show up the overall status to the customer

- Implement the new 2-wheeler business project together with another Bosch plant. - Taking responsibility as a key user of the SAP planning module. - Coordinate with the logistics service provider to track the status of shipments and expedite in urgent cases. - Maintain SAP planning parameter relate to current business situation. - Monitoring material status to ensure no impact to production. - Implemented project to reduce non-movement stock by analyzing production consumption rate. - Cooperate with QMM, engineering, commercial buyer, and concern functions to solve daily issues. - Manage suppliers in both local and overseas to achieve delivery target. - Setup new materials in SAP for a new project or new product implementation e.g., an EDI connection, planning criteria, shipping instruction, scheduling agreement. - Control inventory costs and stock levels to meet business targets.

- Implemented project Logistics Cost Reduction (LCR) in scope of transportation. - Implemented project truck control in plant to control arrival and departure time of truck from suppliers and external warehouse, define parking number to reduce traffic jam in plant. - Goods receive raw materials and issue delivery note for delivered finish goods to external warehouse via SAP system. - Analyze and solve problem in SAP in scope of receiving and shipping process. - Create and define new standard about time window of direct supplier and external warehouse to apply in every department in logistics. - Check transportation cost between external warehouse and plant by monthly.

- Define and create new standard of supermarket where the place of raw materials fulfillment to the production line. - Create and improve work instruction relate to actual working situation. - Improve Kanban card standard to transfer component parts from supermarket to production in ACCPAC system. - To check stock discrepancy between physical and ACCPAC system, report to logistics materials planner every day. - Support team leader to prepare component parts for production line based on production plan.
