Three decades spent at the intersection of technology, learning, and human potential have shaped everything I do. The constant across all of it is a simple belief: people, given the right tools and environment, are capable of far more than we expect of them.As Chief Learning Officer at Cognizant, my focus is on elevating an already award-winning global learning and development ecosystem, setting the standard for upskilling and workforce transformation at a moment when AI is fundamentally redefining the nature of work.That work builds on close to 25 years at Infosys, where I led Education, Training and Assessment, transforming it into a revenue generating function through platforms like Infosys Wingspan and Infosys Meridian. We reimagined how learning is delivered at scale, forged partnerships with leading universities and MOOCs to bridge industry and academia and pursued a digital-first approach to education that connected people and institutions across the world.Across that journey I built and managed large portfolios, deepened client relationships, and led high performing teams across IT management, digital transformation, cloud-based application development, delivery, and service management. Building teams and developing people has always been a core strength, and it remains the thread that runs through everything I have done.I also served on the board of IE Business School and was proud to be associated with Infosys Springboard, a digital inclusion platform delivering skills to millions of people and working toward a more equal digital future.Perpetual learning is a concept I live by. Innovation and learning are not separate pursuits. They are complementary forces that strengthen each other, and that conviction has never changed.
