My journey has always revolved around people. It began with mentoring — guiding peers at Sri Eshwar, where I realized the joy of helping others grow. It expanded through leadership roles — Vice President of Media & Branding, Core Team Lead, and eventually President of Media & Branding — where I learned how influence, creativity, and consistency can transform engagement and build trust. But it was in Human Resources that I found my true purpose. Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations showed me how the right people practices don’t just fill positions — they shape culture, fuel growth, and create belonging. To strengthen my foundation, I pursued multiple certifications and designed HR projects — from recruitment frameworks to payroll systems — which deepened my understanding of how structured processes can drive impact. Today, I’m building my HR career as a start-up HR professional, where I contribute to people-first practices and engagement strategies. At the same time, I’m exploring how AI can transform HR — from smarter hiring to data-driven decision-making — and how branding principles can be applied to people, making talent not just managed, but truly empowered. At the core, I believe HR is more than policies. It’s about people, purpose, and presence — creating workplaces where individuals feel seen, valued, and inspired to do their best work.
