• Provided technical support for the Industry Robot Department and its related Motion Controllers, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Servo and Stepper products • Wrote a documentation report summarising an entire project timeline from initiation to completion. Included various technical guidelines and researched on formulas required for proof of concept • Designed the codes used for pick-and-place movements and communication between several robotic arm modules, a camera vision software (Matrox Design Assistant) and a soft PLC (Codesys) for automation lines • Created codes in Codesys to perform Serial Communication and OPC UA (United Architecture) to communicate with DOBOT Magician and a HMI (Human Machine Interface) respectively to perform colour-sorting program autonomously

• Led a project that involved deep dive data analysis on over 300,000 lines of Purchasing Orders in Excel with Alteryx to streamline the procurement process • Identified key purchase domains and developed analytics for the Procurement department to make uniformed decisions • Developed a roadmap to identify and close gaps with areas to improve overall efficiency • Scheduled and organised meetings to present the project’s findings to mentors, Deputy Director and Senior Director

• Updated and streamlined the company's COVID-19 quarantine operations excel database and prepared reports on operational data for MOH. • Liaised with ministries, quarantine facilities and company stakeholders to facilitate smooth progression of quarantine operations. • Expedited and solved various complications for officers and patients on-site
