* Provide technical consultations and presentations as needed. * Participate in Pre-Sale activities and provide Presale support in solutioning. * Ensure A10 products are designed, configured and deployed to meet customer’s expectations. * Use traffic generators such as Spirent and Ixia for testing during pre-deployment phase. * Drive complex deployments while working side by side with customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases. * Use tools such as Wireshark to analyse networking protocols like TCP,UDP,HTTP,SMTP,FTP,DNS,IPSec,PKI,OSPF,etc. to successfully complete configuration, execution and troubleshooting of deployment jobs. * Collaborate across the entire A10 organization to bring access to product and technical teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation gathered from customer input. * Leverage previous experiences, share best practises and create innovative solutions to push user adoption and maximize the value of A10.

* Provide 24 X 7 network standby and support to commercial and government customers * Troubleshoot client’s network issue in the LAN or WAN environment (Cisco routers and switches , Alcatel switches, Foundry switches 3 COM switches, Dec concentrators, HP switches and bridges) * Assist in network implementation project * Support security devices such Cisco PIX firewall, ISS and packeteer’s product * Perform prevent maintenance on customer network such as firmware upgrades, apply security patches, check device logs, inventory check and generate security report * Provide support to Star hub wireless infrastructure island wide * Support VOIP system such as Cisco Call Manager 4. * Troubleshoot VOIP issue, and apply OS, security and application patches on Cisco Call Manager server. * Test and verify networking equipment functionality when purchasing network equipment * Manage and plan hardware inventory * Provide administrative support in spare part replacement and purchasing. * Perform helpdesk duties in logging fault call and provide phone support to clients.

* Manage and maintain a server farm consisting of Windows 2000 Windows NT servers, Exchange 5.5/2000, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc. * Domain controller and user account management * Implement and govern information and security policies * Support application system such as Timesoft and exchecker for HR and Finance purposes * Manage and maintain a sizeable network infrastructure consisting of 3Com switches, Cisco Router(1700), Cisco Pix firewall(PIX 525), Cisco VPN concentrator * Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issue and perform configuration changes on routers, Cisco Pix firewall(PIX 525), Cisco VPN concentrator. * Alias, coordinate and manage vendors. * Perform end user support. * Controls and maintains all IT assets in the workplace and provide administrative support for purchasing hardware and software. * Evaluate emerging Technology for implementation and recommend computer peripherals for use in workplace. * Provide AVA support within the company

* Manage and maintain a server farm consisting of Windows 2000, Windows NT servers, Exchange 5.5/2000, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc. * Domain controller and user account management * Implement and govern information and security policies * Manage and maintain a sizeable network infrastructure consisting of IBM and Cisco switches (Gigabit, Fast Ethernet). * Involved in projects for infrastructure expansion * Alias, coordinate and manage vendors. * Manage, maintain and set up Labs for various network and system related courses and programs. * Controls and maintains all IT assets in the workplace and provide administrative support for purchasing hardware and software. * Evaluate emerging Technology for implementation and recommend computer peripherals for use in workplace. * Provide IT support for events within the campus (Diploma Show 2001 and 2002). * Provide AVA support within the school.
